Consulting

I have recently joined the team at The Apple Store at Alderwood Mall - Lynnwood, WA -   so, I no longer do freelance computer consulting work. There are just too many gray areas that could potentially be considered a 'conflict or interest'.  Therefore my suggestion for help with your tech support queries is to visit an Apple Store nearest to you and sign up to become a ProCare member.  Registration is only 99 dollars per year (a bargain considering I  charged a minimum of 25 dollars per hour) and ProCare will open up a world of support to you at a fraction of the cost.  Everything from one on one custom workshops designed specifically for your needs . . . to speedy service at the Genius Bar.  If you can make it by the Alderwood location and I am on the floor I will be more than happy to help get you signed up.  I should also mention that if you are willing to join the queue and wait until an appointment opens up the Genius Bar at any Apple store is free. They also offer free workshops on general topics (iPhoto, Garage Band, etc) that are scheduled through-out the month. Click on the link above to get more info on what is available to you at Alderwood.

Web Design

I still do simple elegant web design -- but only on a case by case basis.  This work is done by bid and is on a sliding scale.  Take a look at any of the sites on the Example Site page.  No site on that page was over 1,500 dollars so that should give you a rough idea of what you might expect to pay for the type of site that I do.

Custom Graphics

Custom work can be anything from a simple digital manipulation, coloration. or touch-up . . . to a complete design concept and execution. Therefore, again, all work is subject to bid and done on a sliding scale. However I do have a $25 minimum for my time and work is "billed" at $45 per hour. For additional information on services such as scanning, digital photography, Photoshop manipulation or making images 'web ready' please contact me at i-dezign@uneedalnk.com - THANKS.
